Scans, alerts, and reports are generated automatically by our systems — there is no software to install or uninstall, and no manual or human intervention is required to operate the service. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions are considered to have been accepted by you upon your use of the website https://advanced-scans.com and the services offered through it. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you use the services of this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Advanced Scans is an automated website security platform. Depending on the plan you subscribe to, the service may include malware detection and scanning, blacklist and reputation monitoring, file change and integrity monitoring, DNS monitoring, vulnerability checks for common platforms, and automated alerting and reporting.
All scanning, monitoring, analysis, alerting, and reporting are performed automatically by our software on a scheduled or event-driven basis. The service does not include, and does not promise, any manual review, human assessment, or bespoke consulting unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Where remediation or cleanup features are offered, they are provided through automated tooling. Because of the automated nature of the service, results may vary depending on your website’s configuration, hosting environment, and platform.
To use the service you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use the service.
You may only submit, scan, or monitor domains, websites, and web properties that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to scan. By submitting a domain to the service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to permit automated scanning and monitoring of that property.
You agree not to use the service to scan, probe, or monitor any system or website without authorization, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of your hosting provider and any third-party platforms.
The service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the applicable subscription fees until you cancel. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and the features included in each plan are described on our pricing page and may change as set out in these terms.
Merchant of Record. Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller and payments provider, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through our website. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, the charging of applicable taxes (such as VAT and sales tax), subscription management, and refunds on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle as the Merchant of Record, and Paddle’s buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to your transaction.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and the applicable amount will be charged through Paddle, unless and until you cancel. Any payment-related queries, invoices, receipts, or billing disputes may be handled through Paddle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Because the service is delivered electronically and automatically, access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
As Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with our refund policy and Paddle’s buyer terms. Refund requests may be submitted to our support team or directly to Paddle. Please review our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Upon your payment of the applicable fees and acceptance of this agreement, Advanced Scans grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the service for your own internal business or personal purposes, strictly in accordance with these terms and the validity and restrictions of the plan you have purchased.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the service, or make the service available to any third party other than as expressly permitted under your plan;
copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service; disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the service; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Advanced Scans or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
The service may incorporate third-party and open source software components made available under their own license terms (for example, GNU General Public License, Lesser General Public License, Mozilla Public License, Apache License, MIT License, or similar open source or public domain licenses). Your use of such components is governed by the applicable license for each component. Any such open source components are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by their respective licenses.
All patents, trademarks, trade secrets, software, and other intellectual property rights in and to the service are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Advanced Scans and its licensors.
Advanced Scans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any part of it, with or without notice and without liability to you. Because the service is automated and delivered over the internet, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance from time to time.
Advanced Scans may, from time to time, provide enhancements, improvements, or other modifications to the features and functionality of the service (“Updates”). Updates may add, modify, or remove certain features or functionality. We are under no obligation to provide any particular Update or to continue to provide or enable any particular feature or functionality. You agree that all Updates form an integral part of the service and are subject to these terms.
Advanced Scans collects, stores, maintains, and shares information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://advanced-scans.com/privacy-policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Information collected and processed by Paddle.com in connection with your payments is also subject to Paddle’s privacy policy.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by Advanced Scans.
Advanced Scans may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the service, with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the service.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Advanced Scans’ rights or remedies at law or in equity in the event of a breach by you of any of your obligations under this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Advanced Scans and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your violation of any right of a third party, including your scanning of any domain you were not authorized to scan.
The service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Advanced Scans, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.
Without limiting the foregoing, Advanced Scans provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind, that the service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software or systems, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, be error free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. The service is an automated detection and monitoring tool and does not guarantee that all threats, malware, or vulnerabilities will be detected or removed, or that your website will remain secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Advanced Scans or its resellers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or for damage to systems or data, even if Advanced Scans has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Advanced Scans’ total liability for damages under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the amount of subscription fees that you have paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Advanced Scans reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
