Because the service is delivered entirely online, there is no software to return or uninstall, and no further steps are required from you.

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved, it is submitted for processing immediately. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. As a general guide:

• Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days;

• PayPal and other digital wallet refunds are usually faster, often within 1–3 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact us and we will follow up with the payment provider on your behalf.

Cancellations

• Email us at support@advanced-scans.com from the address associated with your account, and we will cancel it for you.

You may also manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in the receipt or invoice email you received from our payment provider at the time of purchase.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel, you stop all future renewal charges. Your subscription remains active and you keep full access to the service until the end of the current paid billing period; it simply will not renew after that. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period on cancellation alone.

If, in addition to cancelling, you would also like a refund for your most recent charge, the 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee described above applies. In other words, cancelling stops future payments, while the money-back guarantee is what returns a recent payment to you.

Merchant of Record

Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller and payments provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through our website. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, subscription management, the calculation and collection of applicable taxes, cancellations, and refunds on our behalf.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, in accordance with this policy and Paddle’s buyer terms. Where applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) were charged on your order, those amounts are refunded together with the subscription fee. You may submit refund or cancellation requests either to us at support@advanced-scans.com or directly to Paddle through the receipt or invoice you received at the time of purchase.

After the 30-Day Period

While our standard guarantee covers the first 30 days, we genuinely care about your experience beyond that window. If you encounter a billing problem, a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or any other exceptional circumstance after the 30-day period, please reach out. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation that may apply to you as a consumer in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
